Shift Availability: Days and Nights 12 Hour
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a local nonwoven manufacturing company and is seeking reliable Operators to join their production team. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor production line equipment.
* Load and monitor materials to maintain proper production flow.
* Inspect materials and finished products for quality standards.
* Record production data accurately.
* Make minor machine adjustments as needed.
* Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
* Assist with equipment repairs and changeovers.
* Operate winding and wrapping equipment.
* Support team members and maintain a clean work area.
* Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
* Textile or nonwoven manufacturing experience is a plus.
* Must have at least ONE year of Machine Operation Experience
* Basic computer, math, and measurement skills.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
* Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
* Ability to stand for extended periods.
* Ability to bend, climb, crawl, and work around machinery safely.
