Backserver / Support

Los Angeles Icon, Cole’s, is starting a new chapter under new ownership, and we’re looking for energetic Runners and Bussers to join the front-of-house team. The job is to keep the floor moving, get food to guests hot and on time, and help make every visit a great Cole’s experience.

What you’ll do

• Run food from the kitchen to the right table quickly and accurately
• Clear, clean, and reset tables fast to keep the floor turning
• Support servers and bartenders with water, bread, condiments, refills, and anything else guests need
• Keep side stations, glassware, and silverware stocked during service
• Communicate with the kitchen and servers to keep tickets and tables flowing
• Keep the dining room, entry, and restrooms clean and guest-ready
• Help with opening and closing duties

What we’re looking for

• Runner or busser experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
• Hustle and good energy, with a friendly attitude toward guests
• Able to stay quick and organized during a rush
• Reliable, on time, and a team player
• Able to stand and walk for long shifts and carry heavy trays
• California Food Handler card required, or ability to get it within 30 days
• Available for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
