Software EngineerKey Responsibilities:Lead the development and testing of the systems and servicesContribute to the technical architecture and design of the productTranslate product requirements into user stories and scalable technical solutionsDeliver reliable, scalable services in a production environmentPropose new ideas and contribute to innovation initiativesCollaborate with project leads, product managers, and fellow engineers as well as functional (business and back office) teamsParticipate in sprint planning, code review, development, backlog groomingFollow data security, compliance best practicesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field3-4+ years of hands-on experience with Java or Kotlin and event-driven architecture5-7+ years of programming experience, ideally with modern tech stacksExperience with Kubernetes and service-oriented architectures (100+ services in production)BE stack and database experience: Proficiency in Java/Kotlin/DynamoDBCloud platform experience: AWS, Temporal (nice to have)CI/CD pipelines experience: gitlabBackground in building SOA or microservices-based applicationsStrong sense of ownership and accountability, with a track record of seeing projects through from start to finishPassion for solving complex problems and delivering impactful featuresComfortable working in a collaborative environment with code reviews and shared design processesWill be translating business requirements to technical requirements?
