This position is physically demanding and incredibly fast-paced — it is not for everyone. The Team Member is responsible for helping create remarkable guest experiences through food quality, speed, cleanliness, teamwork, and care for others. What success looks like includes perfect food, served fast and efficiently, in a clean and safe environment.

Preferred availability: 20+ hours/week. Minimum availability: 12 hours/week. Opening and closing availability strongly preferred. Position types include full-time (average 36+ hours/week) and part-time (average 12–35 hours/week). Pay range is $16.00–$17.00/hour for full-time and $11.75–$13.50/hour for part-time.

Basic responsibilities include preparing and serving high-quality food quickly and accurately, learning and executing responsibilities across kitchen stations, maintaining cleanliness and organization, following Chick-fil-A food safety and operational procedures, working efficiently during high-volume rushes, supporting teammates, responding quickly to changing orders, maintaining portioning, quality, and cleanliness standards, helping create a safe and encouraging work environment, and completing opening and closing responsibilities.

Requirements include being at least 16 years old upon hire, eligible to work in the United States, having reliable transportation, working well under pressure, consistent attendance and punctuality, ability to stand and move for long periods during shifts, ability to safely handle kitchen equipment, reading, writing, communication, and basic math skills, comfortable working in a hot, noisy, fast-paced environment, and ability to adapt quickly to changes and prioritize efficiently.

Schedule includes Monday–Saturday availability, day and night shifts available, weekend availability preferred. Location is Chick-fil-A Toledo, Toledo, OH 43606, 43623. In-person position only.
