Position Type:

  • Full-time and Part-time
  • Must be available as early as 8:00 AM until at least 2:00 PM or later Monday - Saturday

Opening Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Put up truck deliveries every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
  • Clean filters on henny penny fryers daily
  • Stock and check on inventory daily
  • Filet and prepare chicken to be cooked at the raw chicken station daily while breading chicken for restaurant orders
  • Prepare Catering Orders as needed
  • Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Consistent and reliable: must arrive on time at 8:00 AM or when scheduled

  • Able to multi-task
  • Works well independently and in a team environment
  • Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
  • Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis, especially on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday while putting up truck
  • Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
