Chick-fil-A Restaurant Management PositionThis job requires you to lift 25-50 pounds regularly.Role and ResponsibilitiesBOH managers at Chick-fil-A are responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including customer service, food quality, employee training and development, financial performance, and compliance with company policies and procedures. They play a critical role in creating a positive work environment, fostering teamwork, and delivering an outstanding dining experience for guests.Provide leadership and direction to the restaurant team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.Ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A's standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and customer service.Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling food and labor costs to meet budgetary goals.Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, such as sales, expenses, and profitability, and take corrective actions as needed.Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency.Foster a positive work culture by promoting teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.Work ExperienceRestaurant management positions require previous experience in a leadership or management role within the food service industry.
