Developer IIIHansen Talent Group is hiring a Developer III to support a team focused on the modernization and recoding of a provider website.This remote role is ideal for developers who enjoy working in collaborative Agile environments, participating in design discussions, and contributing to large-scale enterprise web modernization efforts.What You'll Do• Perform application analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, and maintenance activities• Analyze business and technical requirements to develop scalable application solutions• Participate in daily design discussions, Agile ceremonies, and collaborative development activities• Develop and maintain enterprise web applications and related system components• Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and specifications• Test code changes, validate functionality, and support QA efforts• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend system enhancements• Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, system designers, and business stakeholders• Support ongoing modernization efforts for the My Insurance Manager provider website• Ensure applications are delivered according to project timelines and organizational standardsWhat You'll Need• Strong Back End experience with Java and Microservices• Experience with OpenShift• Quarkus experience is a plus• Application development or systems testing experience• Strong understanding of application development, integration, and QA methodologies• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced Agile environments• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR equivalent experience
