You’ll handle school or activity drop-offs and pick-ups, so a reliable car, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record are essential.
You should be punctual, attentive, and comfortable communicating with parents about daily activities and any concerns. Prior childcare experience with preschoolers is strongly preferred.
