BA with finance domain

BA with finance domain experience is mandatory with 7+ years of experience

JD:

Client Expectation:

1. Business Analysis, Requirements Elicitation & Analysis
2. Business Requirements & Functional Requirement Documentation with Use Cases
3. Lending loans (Related to IFC not on retail Loans)

Responsibilities:

1. Writing user stories, functional specifications, and use cases
2. Review Business Requirement document based on user request
3. Prepare technical documentation and perform an impact analysis of the systems
4. Analyze customers' IT needs and provide guidance for improvement
5. Create training materials for client users and other consultants
6. Reporting the progress of the project on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
7. Meeting with clients to determine project requirements
8. Extend the usage of the tools to other applications
9. Developing innovative solutions and preparing prototypes for meetings

Qualifications:

1. Experience in defining and implementing technology solutions for a major financial institution
2. Extensive experience as a Business Analyst for a large financial institution
3. Extensive experience in gathering business requirements and developing functional specifications with special emphasis on use cases, defining test cases, and providing user training and support
4. Extensive experience with various system development lifecycle methodologies and tailoring the artifacts to those methodologies
5. Solution-oriented, detail-focused, showing strong analytical and organizational skills
