Key Skills Required
-5-7 years of experience in Life Reinsurance
-10 + years experience with Applications development
-Strong SQL skills to aid in review and analysis of systems processes
-Develop test plans and assist with QA activities
Major Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Work with internal/external users to understand needs and develop plans for meeting those needs
- Work with users and technical team to produce scope documents and conceptual design flows
- Facilitate and participate in requirements and design sessions with key stakeholders
- Lead agile activities during planning, development and testing phases of the projects
- Design system screens and reports in collaboration with users and technical resources
- Define and document integrated business processes and procedures, recommending streamlined changes where applicable
- Identify and research issues, draw conclusions, make recommendations, communicate and summarize issues of significance
Good to have - Certification (IIBA-certified) in Business Analysis
BA ( MUST have Reinsurance experience) in charlotte at Unknown Company
