Virtagon is seeking motivated business-to-business sales professionals to expand our presence across New York City, Miami, Chicago, and Los Angeles.

This opportunity is designed for experienced salespeople who prefer independence, enjoy working with business owners, and know how to turn new conversations into paying customers.

**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT**

- A special introductory commission of 20% on qualifying first sales to local professionals and small businesses.
- Commission distributions every two weeks, following full receipt and clearance of qualifying customer payments.
- Freedom to organize your sales activities remotely, with the option to visit prospects and customers locally.
- Initial training, professional digital services, and ongoing support.
- Possible expansion into larger organizational accounts under individually negotiated arrangements.

**IDEAL CANDIDATES**

We welcome established outbound B2B sales representatives living in one of our four target metropolitan areas. Excellent communication, initiative, prospecting ability, and closing skills are essential.

**COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE**

This is an independent, commission-only position with no salary or guaranteed income. The 20% promotional rate is temporary, with no predetermined end date. It applies once to a qualifying first sale to a local professional or small business. No residual or recurring commissions are paid. Other account types require separate compensation agreements.
