Sales Operations Team MemberJoin Levi's sales operations team to support and evolve the platforms that power how our wholesale teams engage customers across North America. This role sits at the center of Sales, Product, and Merchandising, helping deliver seamless seasonal launches, improve user experience, and drive adoption of internal and external B2B tools. You will play a key role in ensuring our digital platforms are accurate, reliable, and continuously improving to support our ambitious business growth.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport daily operations of Levi's B2B digital platforms used by sales teams and customers across the U.S. and CanadaCoordinate seasonal launches by managing product data, content, and site readiness aligned to go-to-market timelinesPartner with Sales to understand business needs and translate them into requirements for Product and IT teamsServe as a liaison between Sales and Product, ensuring communication of updates, priorities, and outcomesMonitor platform performance and user experience, identify issues, and coordinate resolution with technical teamsEnsure accuracy of product and marketing content across platforms, including images, descriptions, and other assetsSupport user onboarding, training, and ongoing communication to drive adoption and effectiveness of digital toolsManage user access, permissions, and platform configuration to support evolving business needsIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve processes, and reduce manual effortContribute to ongoing platform enhancements by capturing feedback, supporting UAT, and documenting business needsReport to the Wholesale Site Operations ManagerQualifications2+ years experience in eCommerce, digital operations, retail, or wholesale environmentsSupported digital tools, platforms, or systems used by internal or external usersWorked with cross-functional partners such as Sales, Product, Merchandising, or MarketingNavigated and evolving processes in fast-evolving business environmentsIdentified and triaged platform or process issues and partnered with technical teams on resolutionMaintained product data, site content, or merchandising accuracy across platformsContributed to seasonal launches, go-to-market execution, or platform updatesUsed Excel in data-driven workflows and operational tasks; familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or SharePointApproached work with a learning mindset, remained effective through change, and operated with integrityThis is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters.
You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.The expected starting salary range for this role is $53,500 - $78,400 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.Levi Strauss & Co.
