Leading the development and execution of an integrated business-to-business marketing strategy, the full-time remote VP, B2B Acquisition Marketing will enhance the advisor prospect journey, manage media strategies, and optimize marketing investments to drive organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Own the integrated B2B marketing strategy and roadmap for priority advisor audiences, translating business and brand priorities into actionable programs Oversee the integrated marketing experience for prospective advisors, ensuring continuity and engagement across digital experiences, content, and events Direct paid media strategy and execution, coordinating with internal teams and agency partners to optimize marketing investments based on audience response Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field Minimum ten years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including five years in a leadership role Experience leading advisor acquisition marketing within wealth management, asset management, or financial technology Demonstrated success in developing integrated marketing strategies that contribute to organizational growth Strong analytical skills with experience in establishing performance measures and optimizing marketing investments
