FOUNDING MARKETER | AI STARTUP | NYC Build the marketing function. We're looking for a Founding Marketer to join a fast-growing AI platform transforming how major construction capital programmes are managed.
Location : Midtown Manhattan Typically 3 days per week in office This is the first marketing hire.
You'll work directly with the founders to define the message, build the brand and create the marketing engine that drives the company's next stage of growth.
Content – case studies, customer stories, blogs, newsletters and LinkedIn Messaging, positioning and brand Paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and Meta Creative growth experiments and AI-powered marketing workflows Sales collateral, demo materials and objection handling 3–7 years' B2B marketing experience
Evidence of actually creating great marketing content
Hands-on paid advertising experience
Experience across AI, construction tech, proptech, AEC, data infrastructure or enterprise software would be a major bonus.
This isn't a role where you'll inherit someone else's marketing machine.
