About the Shop
A high-volume Raleigh automotive shop is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician for a production-focused mechanical repair role. This flat-rate opportunity offers $75,000–$105,000+ earning potential with a guaranteed minimum. The shop handles approximately 70–94 vehicles each week and focuses on efficient mechanical repairs and parts replacement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical repairs and parts replacement
- Service braking systems
- Complete suspension repairs and wheel alignments
- Perform tire and wheel services
- Complete fluid services and general maintenance
- Inspect and replace hoses and belts
- Perform automotive A/C service
- Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional automotive technician experience
- Strong hands-on mechanical repair background
- Full-service automotive repair experience
- Ability to perform production-focused work efficiently and consistently
- ASE A1–A8 certifications are a plus
- North Carolina State Inspection License is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000–$105,000+ earning potential
- Flat-rate compensation
