As the founding infrastructure engineer for a new federal offering, the full-time Azure Government Cloud Engineer will design and build the Azure Government environment, implement security architecture, and manage infrastructure as code in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Design and build the Azure Government environment for the federal offering Author and manage infrastructure as code and deployment pipelines Implement and maintain security architecture, ensuring compliance with FedRAMP standards Required qualifications 7+ years in cloud infrastructure or platform engineering, with at least 3 years in Azure at production scale Deep experience with Terraform and a strong belief in infrastructure as code Production experience with Kubernetes, including Windows node pools and containerized .NET workloads Knowledge of Azure security services, including Sentinel and Defender for Cloud Experience operating under FedRAMP or equivalent regulated frameworks
