Salary & Benefits
Base salary: $150,000 – $175,000 per year, with annual bonus, 401(k), relocation assistance, 15% discount stock purchase program, and no sales tax for Delaware employees.
Responsibilities
- Integrate and automate tools across the software development lifecycle, including version control, CI/CD, artifact management, containerization, infrastructure‑as‑code, monitoring, and security.
- Embed shift‑left security practices, integrating SAST, SCA, IaC scanning, container scanning, code quality checks into developer workflows and pipelines.
- Design, implement, and support CI/CD pipelines, including release strategies, branching models, and artifact management.
- Demonstrate expertise in DevSecOps toolchain architecture and integration, supporting cloud and on‑premise environments.
- Work with Git‑based platforms such as GitHub and Bitbucket, managing repositories, workflows, and integrations.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of professional experience in DevSecOps, source control management, and end‑to‑end software delivery pipelines within enterprise environments.
- Strong hands‑on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting CI/CD pipelines, release strategies, branching models, and artifact management.
- Proven experience with DevSecOps toolchain integration across cloud and on‑prem environments.
