Job Description
As an Azure Data Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of data solutions on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. You will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making within the organization by creating and maintaining robust data pipelines, storage solutions, and data integration processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data storage solutions using Azure services like Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Cosmos DB.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric.
- Ensure data quality and accessibility for business intelligence and data analytics purposes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and deliver comprehensive data solutions.
- Monitor and optimize data solutions to ensure performance and cost-efficiency.
- Implement security measures to protect data integrity and comply with data governance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing.
- Strong understanding of data management, ETL processes, and big data technologies.
- Experience with Azure data services and frameworks for data storage and processing.
