Key responsibilities Support delivery across AWS programs, including staffing, schedules, risk management, and customer satisfaction Act as the senior technical authority on AWS, enforcing Infrastructure as Code standards and driving compliance as code initiatives Mentor AWS architects and engineers, building a certification and skills-development program to enhance technical capabilities within the team Required qualifications 10+ years in cloud engineering or architecture, with 6+ years focused on AWS in DevSecOps or platform engineering roles Expert-level proficiency in Terraform, including module design and policy-as-code enforcement Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for federal systems, integrating security scanning tools Deep AWS security expertise, including IAM design and compliance automation for NIST SP 800-53 Active AWS Professional-level certification required, along with an AI certification
