Requirements include:
- Experience in Banking/Financial Services Domain
- Experience in FinTech product development
- Strong AWS Developer skills with Java background
- Hands-on experience building enterprise portals and APIs using Microservices Architecture
- Experience migrating workloads to AWS, involved in full migration cycle from On-Prem to AWS
- Knowledge of overall Architecture including Containerization, Architectural patterns, APIs, Caching, DevOps, Frameworks & Databases
- Understanding of 12 Factor App methodology for SaaS applications
- Experience working with teams including Enterprise Architecture, Staff Engineers, Product and Delivery teams
Skill-sets include:
- Spring Boot/Hibernate Frameworks
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, multithreading, object-oriented development, distributed applications, client-server architecture
- Experience with monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK, FluentD, Prometheus, Kibana, Elasticsearch
Additional requirements:
- Knowledge of Cloud Native Principles and architectures
- Experience creating low latency, high throughput, high availability platform-level cloud native system architecture
- Strong infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform
- Experience with AWS Network Services, VPCs, Direct Connect
- Experience with AWS governance policies using AWS Organizations and Config
- Designing and deploying AWS services like EC2, S3, EBS, EFS, Glacier, Storage Gateway, RDS
