Seeking a hands-on Principal AWS Data Platform & ML Ops Architect, the full-time remote position will design and build a unified AWS-native platform, establish shared data models and pipelines, and provide technical leadership across data engineering and data science teams. Key Responsibilities Define the target AWS architecture for shared data, document-processing, search, analytics, and AI capabilities Design the AWS-based path from data science deliverables to production, including model packaging and deployment workflows Lead architecture and design reviews, ensuring platform designs meet performance, scalability, and security requirements Required Qualifications Active AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Data Engineer, or Machine Learning) Extensive experience designing and building enterprise data platforms or AI/ML platforms on AWS Strong hands-on AWS architecture experience, including S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, and SageMaker Experience consolidating separate production data systems through incremental migration and adoption Strong MLOps architecture experience, including model deployment and monitoring workflows
