Leading the technical design and management of back-end services, the full-time AWS Connect Engineer will work remotely to develop and maintain Amazon Connect features, deliver prototypes, and provide architectural guidance to the development team. Key responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain Amazon Connect related features and functionality Document and present architectural decisions to team members and management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create agile, user-friendly software solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent 10+ years of experience as an Architect, Technical Lead, or Software Engineer Strong knowledge of Java or NodeJS enterprise development 3+ years of hands-on application architecture experience for large enterprise solutions Experience with Amazon Connect, including contact flows and routing
