The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing scalable and secure cloud-based communication systems, integrating AWS services, and customizing IVR workflows to optimize customer engagement and business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy Amazon Connect contact center solutions aligned with business requirements.Build and manage Contact Flows, Lex bots, and Lambda integrations to support self-service and intelligent routing.Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM, ticketing systems, and third-party APIs (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk).Implement and maintain AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and Kinesis for backend logic and data flow.Develop automation scripts for provisioning, monitoring, and configuration management using AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience in AWS development, with at least 1–2 years in Amazon Connect.Proficiency with AWS Lambda (Python/Node.js), API Gateway, and AWS SDKs.Experience with AWS IAM, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation/Terraform.Familiarity with AWS Lex, Polly, and Kinesis for AI/ML voice workflows.Preferred SkillsExperience integrating Amazon Connect with Salesforce, Zendesk, or custom CRM systems.Knowledge of Contact Lens for Amazon Connect or Amazon Transcribe/Comprehend for analytics.Understanding of Omnichannel communication (voice, chat, SMS, email) within Connect.
