What's yours?Position OverviewResponsible for the sole production of Motorized Awning complete units by assembling various Awning parts with the inclusion of Power and or Manual Tools, in correlation with SunPro Tablets and set daily production goals.What You'll DoWorking in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial sewing environment.Utilizing power and manual tools effectively.Multitasking and managing various tasks simultaneously.Organizing tasks and maintaining strong organizational skills.Collaborating with team members in a team-oriented environment.Using computers proficiently for various tasks.Lifting heavy objects independently (up to 55 lbs) and within teams (up to 80 lbs).Working in a non-A/C regulated plant manufacturing setting.All other duties as assignedWho You AreYou have 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial sewing.You have 1-2 years of experience with power and manual tools.You are capable of multitasking and have strong organizational skills.You are team-oriented and work well with others.You are proficient in using computers.You are physically capable of lifting heavy objects as required.You are comfortable working in a non-A/C regulated manufacturing environment.What's In It For You?Annual base range $17.00 - $18.00 HourlyGenerous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disabilityA company culture that prioritizes internal development and professional growth401(k) plan with a degree of employer matchingPaid Sick leaveTime off with payWellness programs and product discountsPlease note, all offers presented to candidates are carefully crafted to ensure market competitiveness, equity, and reflect the individual candidate's education, experience, skills and potential.
