We learn continuously, both on the job and through formal training programs.Job DescriptionAWD- Senior Business Process AnalystProvide primary process support for CorSo EP to one or more of: Underwriting, Technical Accounting, and ClaimsLiaison with Project team, external vendors (CSC) , other work streams (integration, conversion/migration & reporting) as required, and other business and process analysts to facilitate requirements definitionDevelop process maps and provide analysis at detailed levels between business activities and IT systemsInteract with business and functional resources to identify potential enhancements to AWD 10 and develop requirements/specifications for developmentPrepare reporting requirements specifications for AWD 10 based metrics using templates identified for CorSo EPIdentify IT integration points, develop benefit and cost analysis, assist business with prioritization of process automation opportunitiesDevelop Use and Test Cases for IT integration points selected for implementationConduct and support AWD 10 testing and coordination of vendor testing activitiesDevelop and conduct user training and documentationDevelop Operational Readiness documentation for go-forward development/support of AWD 10 productPerform other duties as neededSummaryType: Full-timeFunction: Information TechnologyExperience level: Not ApplicableIndustry: Computer Software
