AVP, Venture Capital Fund Accounting – Growth Role

Ares Management is looking for an Associate Vice President (AVP) for our Venture Capital fund accounting team. In this role, you will oversee daily accounting responsibilities and ensure timely financial reporting across multiple funds.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with 6-9 years of relevant experience in fund accounting. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as advanced Excel capabilities, are essential. Compensation includes a base salary of $160,000 - $180,000 plus robust benefits.
