Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) is seeking an Associate Vice President, Labor Relations to advance labor strategy and lead from the bargaining table. You will develop a growing labor relations team and guide partnerships across nine unions representing over 17,000 employees.
You will translate institutional priorities into negotiation strategy, advise executive leadership on risk, and integrate labor strategy with workforce planning and finances during a period of organizational change.
