Reporting to the VP, Loan Administration, this position is responsible for managing a team of professionals who handle escrow-related operations, including payment of property taxes, homeowner's insurance and mortgage insurance. This role develops strategies to improve departmental efficiency, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and working with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Additionally, the AVP, Escrow manages performance, fostering development and providing mentoring to employees with the goal of increasing the efficiency of the department. This role resolves routine escalations and manages workflows for all Escrow team members and leads projects designed to evolve and advance the performance of the Escrow function.
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/ GED)
- 5+ years' experience in the mortgage servicing industry
- 4+ years' experience in Escrow
- Previous experience managing people and leading teams
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated experience leading projects
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and Power Point)
- MSP experience preferred
- Strong leadership with proven ability to foster an environment of positive employee engagement and trust
- Demonstrated ability to establish credibility; coupled with for recognizing and supporting the organization’s culture, values and priorities

Compensation
- The hiring range for this position is between $74,150.00 to $101,500.00 annually
- This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
