The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role.**Line of Business:**Enterprise Enabling Functions**Job Description:*** Responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of multi-cloud networking and identity services across the enterprise* Ensures the seamless integration, security, and scalability of cloud platforms, with a particular emphasis on networking architectures and robust identity and access management (IAM) frameworks* Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud enablement strategy with a focus on networking and identity services that align with business goals and security compliance requirements* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud platform engineers, developers, and architects specializing in networking and identity* Oversee design, deployment, and management of secure, high-performance multi-cloud networking solutions, including software defined networking, hybrid connectivity, network segmentation, and inter-cloud routing* Lead the architecture and engineering of cloud identity, including SSO, MFA, role-based access control, and lifecycle management for users, applications, and services* Scope and deliver portfolios of work adhering to TD's Agile framework* Stay current on emerging cloud technologies, network, and identity trends to recommend and implement enhancements.Skills, Education & Experience:* Undergraduate degree required* 10+ years of experience in IT, with experience managing cloud engineering teams* Expertise in cloud networking architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)* Proficient knowledge in IAM technologies (Azure AD, Okta, AWS IAM, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc.)* Proficient knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS), and cloud security practices* Proven leadership with experience managing multidisciplinary teams* Excellent communication (written and verbal), stakeholder management, and negotiation skills**Who We Are:**TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
