Role Description

The AVP Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Duncan, OK. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding membership, and deepening relationships with existing member-owners. Daily tasks include developing and executing business development plans, conducting market outreach, building partnerships with local organizations, and promoting Endurance Federal Credit Union’s products and services. The AVP Business Development will work closely with internal teams to align sales initiatives with strategic goals, prepare and negotiate business agreements within established guidelines, and analyze performance metrics to optimize growth activities. This role involves active community engagement, consistent follow-up with prospects and members, and maintaining a strong presence as a representative of the credit union.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Sales, with a focus on growing membership and financial product adoption.


• Experience in Business Planning, including setting goals, creating outreach strategies, and tracking performance.


• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation, ensuring agreements align with organizational policies and member interests.


• Strong Account Management skills to build, maintain, and expand relationships with members and business partners.


• Proven ability to communicate clearly, present financial solutions, and engage with diverse community stakeholders.


• Background in financial services, banking, or credit unions is highly beneficial.


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.


• Ability to work on-site in Duncan, OK, with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and member-focused service. Also travel to our 30 plus counties in our field of membership
