Creating and delivering the world's finest aviation experience starts with our people—and when our people thrive, so does our mission.Why GulfstreamCompetitive salaryComprehensive benefits packageGenerous paid time offCareer growth in a world-class aviation environmentWhat You Will DoPerform advanced operational, functional testing, troubleshooting, and repair of avionics/electrical systems to ensure a defect-free aircraftLead by example, providing technical guidance and direct training to support cross-functional workforce developmentInstall and functionally test avionics/electrical components per engineering specifications, drawings, and maintenance manualsDiagnose system discrepancies and execute timely, high-quality repairs to minimize schedule impactRepair or replace wiring and components using approved techniques including splicing, soldering, and pinningPerform and oversee compliance with engineering changes and modificationsSet up and operate test equipment; conduct performance and reliability evaluationsEnsure all work is properly documented in logs and maintenance recordsPre-inspect work prior to quality inspection to reduce rework and improve efficiencySupport team leadership responsibilities to ensure Safety, Quality, and schedule adherenceWhat You Will BringHigh School Diploma or GED requiredSix (6) years of avionics/electrical experience; or two (2) years of accredited aviation electronics schooling and four (4) years of related experienceStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in aircraft avionics systemsProven ability to lead, train, and mentor others in a team-based environmentA & P license, FCC license, or NCATT certification preferredGulfstream experience on mid-cabin and large-cabin aircraft preferredMust be able to work any shiftJoin Gulfstream and help us continue our mission to create and deliver the world's finest aviation experience.
