Aviation Safety Program ManagerEmbry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking an Aviation Safety Program Manager to support the Aviation Safety Department at our Prescott campus. This role works closely with the Director of Aviation Safety to oversee and enhance safety programs, manage reporting systems, and support accident and incident investigations.This position plays a critical role in maintaining and advancing ERAU's culture of safety by ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, identifying trends, and implementing proactive safety measures across flight operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and help manage core aviation safety programs including SMS, ASAP, FDM, and Emergency Response PlanningOversee aviation safety reporting systems, including hazard, event, and fatigue reports, ensuring timely investigation and resolutionConduct trend analysis using safety data and provide actionable insights to leadershipAssist with on-scene and campus-based accident and incident investigations, including reporting and follow-upMonitor flight data and analyze exceedances to improve operational safetyLead risk assessment activities and safety meetings to identify and mitigate hazardsManage aviation safety equipment, inventory, and emergency response readinessOversee Flight School Security Awareness Training and ensure regulatory complianceProvide training and support to Team Safety Leaders and flight personnel on safety systems and toolsPerks Await You at Embry-Riddle!Health Benefits: Experience comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with wellness programs that include preventive care and fitness memberships.
