About the Role
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Aviation Broker to join a fast-growing luxury aviation business with a focus on bespoke service and long-term client partnerships. This role is an exciting opportunity to work with HNW and UHNW individuals across the US, curating exceptional charter solutions tailored to their specific needs.
As an Aviation Broker, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing relationships, and delivering a seamless end-to-end service that reflects the highest standards in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, offering bespoke aviation solutions
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of new business through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Negotiate and secure charter contracts
- Stay up to date on fleet availability, aircraft performance, and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of all flights

- Previous experience as an aviation broker
- Strong commercial acumen
