Job Description
Provide AV/VTC support to include, but not limited to, onsite support, ad-hoc services, video services, video streaming, production, travel, and training as needed. Other ad-hoc services may include, but not limited to, remote support and/or evaluation of field office AV/VTC requirements. Support AV/VTC events, including but not limited to, meetings, conferences that require AV/VTC hardware support, public address system with multiple microphone/line level sources, public display for live/recorded/VTC video, computer display, and open/close caption. Use online cloud services to produce and support video conferencing, online meetings, and large online events with audience participation/interaction, and reporting using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Web Ex, and Zoom for Government. Additionally, able to support video webinars and breakout rooms. Utilize a single point of contact for receiving AV/VTC service calls, documenting trouble tickets and resolving AV/VTC problems at any HQ or field office site. Resolve trouble tickets related to AV/VTC.
This position requires full-time on-site support.
Travel may be required to support customer needs.
Required Experience
• Advanced level AV/VTC skills with a minimum of 6 years of experience supporting a similar environment. Relevant degree may be used to substitute some experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing.
• Must have a positive and patient customer service attitude.
• Must be able to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain an agency public trust suitability determination prior to start date.
• Experience supporting a mid-sized Federal agency enterprise is a plus.
• No specific certifications are required, but relevant industry certifications are a plus.
