AV/VTC Support Operator

We are looking for an AV/VTC Support Operator to join our team! Job Description One to two years of experience working as a VTC Support Operators. Services to include: Scheduling, monitoring, managing, troubleshooting, and manipulating audio visual equipment in a command center and videoconference room environment with extensive proficiencies in the areas of customer service, details research, and end-user computing devices, as well as support of on and off-site large scale executive events. Requirements Primary Skills include: Schedule and set-up video conferences across customer environment. First level problem resolution for VT equipment, i.e., codec's, audio, cameras, projectors, switches etc. Manipulate cameras and audio equipment. Work with Microsoft Calendars Be proficient in Microsoft SKYP, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Coordinate video requirements for large scale executive events on and off-site of the main customer Facility. Provide VTC metrics and reports to management.
