AV System Design Engineer/ProgrammerWe are seeking an experienced AV System Design Engineer/Programmer who is passionate about creating reliable, user-friendly AV solutions for K-12 learning environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing and programming AV systems commonly used in schools and holds current Extron certifications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign complete AV systems for K-12 learning spaces, labs, conference rooms, and district facilitiesDevelop and program Extron (among others) control systems, touch panels, audio DSPs, and switching equipmentProduce detailed system drawings, signal flows, rack elevations, and installation documentationCollaborate with sales, project managers, and installation teams to ensure system successConduct system testing, commissioning, and troubleshootingProvide remote and on-site support during installation and post-deployment phasesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of AV technologies, standards, and best practicesEnsure all designs meet district requirements, code compliance, and internal quality standardsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental, PTO, Holiday pay, 401k with employer match after applicable waiting period. The full salary range for this position is $70,000 - $130,000 per year.
