Financial sector experience preferred.Pay Rate:$35-39 w2 per hour + benefitsJob Summary:We're seeking a skilled AV System Engineer to provide hands-on support for conference room systems, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco video conferencing units, and Crestron control systems. This role focuses on day-to-day troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of AV setups to ensure smooth, high-quality meetings and collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Provide on-site support for conference room technology, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco VC systems, and Crestron control panels.Troubleshoot and resolve AV-related issues promptly and professionally.Perform regular maintenance, testing, and configuration of AV equipment.Assist with the setup and operation of meetings, events, and presentations.Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.Maintain documentation of room configurations and service activities.Requirements:2-5+ years of experience in enterprise-level AV and IT support.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco VC systems, and Crestron devices.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Preferred:Experience supporting executive-level users.Familiarity with digital signage, audio mixers, and AV-over-IP systems.Why Work with Merge IT?We don't just connect people with jobs, we connect top IT talent with game-changing opportunities at some of the biggest names in tech, finance, healthcare, and more.
