Project ManagerWe are seeking a Project Manager to join our operations team. This role supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of AV integration projects. Working alongside senior project management staff, you will help coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Installation, and Service to ensure successful project outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with foundational project management experience who is looking to grow their career in the AV integration industry.ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination and ExecutionAssist in developing project plans including scope, schedule, and resource requirementsCoordinate project activities across Engineering, Installation, and Service teamsTrack project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to support on-time completionMonitor project budgets and flag variances to project leadershipManage procurement and equipment orders to align with installation schedulesSupport project kickoff meetings and document action itemsTeam CoordinationCoordinate schedules between internal teams and external subcontractorsCommunicate project status to internal stakeholders and project leadershipTrack and follow up on open action items across project teamsSupport resource scheduling and conflict resolutionClient CommunicationSupport client communication during project execution under guidance of project leadershipProvide project status updates to clients as assignedDocument change orders and scope adjustments with proper recordsCoordinate site visits and walk-throughs as directedDocumentation and ProcessMaintain accurate project documentation in CRM and project management systemsSupport quality control processes and QC scorecard complianceAssist with project closeout and handoff to Service teamDocument lessons learned to support continuous improvementRequirements• 3+ years of project coordination or project management experience, preferably in AV, IT, or construction• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Proficiency with project management tools and CRM systems• Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines• Willingness to learn AV technology, unified communications, and low-voltage systems• CAPM, Project+, or CTS certification is a plus but not required• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experienceCompensation and Benefits• Base salary dependent on experience• Performance bonus opportunity based on project delivery and team objectives• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, supplemental insurance, and retirement plans• Professional development and certification supportWith VisionPoint You Can ExpectOpportunity to work with cutting-edge collaboration and AV technologies.
