Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, High EQ.Your Contribution to Global Wave:Primary Point of Contact: Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, RepScope of Work: Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as neededProject Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to ResourcesProject Profitability: Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errorsWork Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third partiesQuality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client ExpectationsPlan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to teamChange Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, executeStatus updates in Project Management Software (DTools) at all times.Environment: Work on construction sites with situational awarenessGlobal Wave's Contribution to You:$90k to $120k/yr – Yup!Real Healthcare – Check!
