About the Role

We are seeking an engaging Audio‑Visual Technical Delivery Manager to join our Workplace Technology Services (WTS) team. The role involves reviewing third‑party vendor work to assure correct services to the client, prioritizing initiatives, and influencing the direction of projects across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing third‑party vendor work and ensuring services are correct.
  • Prioritizing initiatives to meet changing business needs.
  • Influencing the direction of initiatives by collaborating across project teams.
  • Exhibiting significant independence in decisions that have large impact on client applications/systems.
  • Designing, implementing, and integrating information systems within existing infrastructure.
  • Assisting with technology implementation for clients in areas such as Low Voltage Audio Visual, Physical Security, WLAN, DAS Systems, Desktop, Sound Masking, Telephony, and Data Networks.
  • Managing and supporting assigned infrastructure areas while maintaining a secure technical infrastructure service.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving system service failures, providing corrective actions.
  • Developing, installing, and testing new network hardware and software releases, upgrades, patches, and related issues.
  • Monitoring system activities, fine‑tuning parameters and configurations to optimize performance and ensure security.
  • Providing expertise on decisions and priorities regarding system architecture.
  • Engaging with application development teams on current infrastructure projects.
  • Facilitating the establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines for technology solutions.
  • Managing hardware, software, security, and connectivity to the internet.
  • Supporting web applications and related systems such as search engines, web servers, and middleware components.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in software engineering and design architecture.
  • Must be able to use Bluebeam Revu and AutoCAD.
  • Technical certifications in specialty areas such as CISCO or Microsoft.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Solid communication skills.
  • Positive stakeholder management and engagement.

Travel Requirements

Travelling 20‑50% of the time.
