Title: Auxiliary Operator
Location: Franklin, MA area
Pay: $40 - $48/HR, OT, 8% bonus, 401k, PTO, Health

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform plant startups, shutdowns, load changes, and equipment alignments in accordance with operating procedures and grid demand requirements.
  
• Continuously monitor plant performance, identify abnormal operating conditions, and take immediate corrective actions to maintain system reliability.
  
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot equipment issues, support maintenance activities, and minimize downtime.
  
• Conduct routine inspections, equipment rounds, operational testing, and maintain accurate logs, reports, and shift turnover documentation.
  
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA, environmental, NERC, plant safety, and operating procedures while maintaining a strong safety-first culture.
  
• Respond to plant emergencies, alarms, and abnormal events, executing emergency operating procedures to protect personnel, equipment, and system integrity.
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational efficiencies, participating in training programs, and maintaining qualifications on plant systems and equipment.
