This role supports VTIS and Silo Operators by ensuring base/blend availability on demand while maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and GMP standards.What You'll DoCoordinate all Auxiliary processes, including batching, ingredient handling, and documentationExecute batching accurately according to customer batch sheetsOrder, inspect, and manage ingredients to ensure production readinessEnsure base/blend is prepared on time for VTIS or Silo OperatorsMaintain accurate batch records and product measurements (pH, Brix, viscosity, etc.)Perform start-up checks, monitor equipment, and troubleshoot issues as neededManage base inventory, minimize product loss, and maintain yield controlExecute and document CIP (Clean-in-Place) processes and system hookupsFollow and enforce all safety, GMP, food safety, and quality standardsCoordinate team tasks and support operators during production runsMonitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, speed) per batch sheetPerform additional duties or support other areas as assignedRequirementsWhat You'll NeedAbility to read, interpret, and execute batch sheets accuratelyStrong understanding of GMP, food safety, and safety protocolsBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Ability to convert units of measure (e.g., gallons to pounds, percentages)Strong communication skills (oral, written, and listening)High attention to detail with accurate and legible documentationAbility to troubleshoot and operate process equipment/control panelsKnowledge of WCM principles (preferred)Experience with batching, CIP processes, and production environments (preferred)
