Systems EngineerWe are hiring a Systems Engineer focused on software validation, verification, and system integration activities for advanced automotive and off-highway machine systems. This role requires strong understanding of HIL/SIL environments and the ability to collaborate across software and systems engineering teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform system validation and verification activities for embedded platformsExecute and support HIL/SIL testing for software and integrated systemsWork closely with software engineering teams to validate feature functionality and integrationAnalyze system behavior and support issue investigation activitiesReview system requirements, test procedures, and validation resultsSupport integration efforts between hardware, software, and control systemsParticipate in defect tracking and test reporting activitiesRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in systems engineering, validation, or integrationHands-on experience with HIL/SIL testing environmentsUnderstanding of embedded software systems and automotive control systemsFamiliarity with software development lifecycle and integration workflowsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teamsPreferred QualificationsAutomotive or heavy equipment industry experienceExposure to embedded software development conceptsExperience with vehicle communication protocols and diagnosticsBackground in system integration and verification processesThe typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $51.00 - $52.00 /hour.

As a non-exempt position, this role will be eligible for overtime, at 1.5 times the base rate, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
