EasyHealth is expanding its Nurse Practitioner network to deliver in-home preventive care, meeting members where they are. NPs will perform comprehensive preventive health assessments during scheduled home visits, identifying gaps and guiding ongoing care, all outside a traditional clinic setting.
Ideal candidates hold an active Arizona NP license, are nationally board certified as Pediatric NPs (PNP-PC), and are comfortable traveling locally to visit members.
