Autonomous Medical Device Field Sales: Growth Territory

Rep-Lite is seeking a Medical Device Sales Representative to drive growth across Orange County, the San Fernando Valley, South Bay, and the Gateway Cities. This field-based role offers autonomy to manage a territory, build surgeon relationships, and sell capital equipment and disposables.

You’ll partner with surgeons and OR staff, conduct product demonstrations, and lead trials while earning OTE up to $225K with a base of $100K–$105K, plus benefits and stipends.
