This candidate must demonstrate excellent customer service through accurate claims processing while looking out for training opportunities within the dealerships and maintaining a presence of professionalism and integrity. This is a full-time opportunity. We do not offer part-time work for these roles and these positions will require a non-compete agreement.Required ExperiencePreviously held position as a Warranty Administrator in a franchised Automotive DealerQualifications / Required SkillsThe ability to motivate others to achieve their highest potential particularly those within the dealershipGood working knowledge of DMS softwareKnowledge of automotive dealership service departmentsKnowledge of warranty accounting processesProficient at reading technician stories and applying appropriate labor codesCertified or trained in at least 1 manufacturerCore Responsibilities / DutiesReview claims for manufacturer's compliance with policy and proceduresUtilize our proprietary CARS application to assist in resolution of every dealer compliance issueBook claimsCode claimsSubmit claims for paymentAccounting and clearing differences in paymentMaintain a clean warranty receivable schedules regularly to ensure proper cash flow to dealer clientsMaintain appropriate certifications and knowledge of updated P&PHelp dealerships stay compliant with manufacturer's policyJob LocationWork remotely in the U.S.
