We are seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair advanced electric vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair electric vehicles
- Perform mechanical repairs ranging from routine maintenance to major vehicle system repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair low-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems
- Work with advanced EV powertrains, battery systems, and vehicle technologies
- Document repair orders and customer interactions accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborate with service advisors, managers, and fellow technicians to resolve vehicle concerns
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive service experience
- Support mobile service operations as needed
- Share technical knowledge and help develop less experienced technicians
Qualifications:
2-5 years of automotive technician experience
Experience diagnosing and repairing EV, hybrid, or traditional vehicles
Knowledge of high-voltage systems, low-voltage xzgxqkn systems, and EV powertrains
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills
EPA 609 Certification
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and service management software
Passion for innovation, technology, and sustainable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
ASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4/ADAS)
Luxury automotive experience
Previous EV or hybrid vehicle service experience
