nJob Summary
nThe Automotive Technician Level 3 is responsible for performing oil changes, tire repairs, installation of new tires, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles. As a key member of our service team, you will work alongside other technicians, service advisors, and management to ensure a high level of customer service and vehicle repair accuracy.
nResponsibilities
nPerform oil changes, tire installation, tire repairs, multi-point vehicle inspections, air/cabin filter installation, tire rotations, and tube installation.
nConduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify potential issues or needed repairs.
nAssist in training and mentoring junior-level technicians.
nEnsure all repairs and services meet quality standards and safety protocols.
nCommunicate effectively with service advisors and customers.
nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
nKeep accurate records of all repairs, parts, and services performed on vehicles.
nStay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in automotive repair.
nQualifications
nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.
nExperience in the automotive field is not required but applicants with automotive experience will be started at a higher rate of pay.
nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle repair tasks with minimal supervision.
nValid driver’s license.
nExcellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions (indoors/outdoors, cold/hot environments).
