Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Repair Technician to join our service team. This position is ideal for a technician who takes pride in accurate diagnostics, quality workmanship, and being part of a professional, team-driven shop. You will work on a wide range of domestic and import vehicles using modern tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems.
Schedule & Work-Life Balance
* Monday - Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM
* No nights. No weekends.
* Major holidays off

Key Responsibilities
* Perform accurate diagnostics using scan tools, electrical schematics, and testing procedures
* Repair and service engines, powertrain systems, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, and driveline components
* Perform alignments, inspections, and routine maintenance services
* Diagnose and repair electrical and drivability issues; assist with ADAS-related service when applicable
* Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and efficiently
* Document repairs, diagnostic steps, and parts used with clear and accurate repair notes
* Communicate findings and recommendations effectively with service advisors and customers
* Follow manufacturer specifications and shop safety standards at all times
Qualifications & Experience
* Prior experience as an automotive repair technician in a professional shop preferred
* Strong diagnostic skills, including electrical and drivability concerns
* Experience working on both foreign and domestic vehicles
* Familiarity with alignments, powertrain repairs, and complex mechanical systems
* Comfortable using scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair information systems
* Welding experience and ADAS calibration knowledge are a plus, but not required
* Ability to communicate technical issues clearly and professionally
* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality repairs
