- Inspect vehicles and accurately diagnose problems.
- Perform quality repair and maintenance work in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose and repair systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, and more.
- Provide accurate estimates of time and parts needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Participate in training sessions to stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology.
- Build and maintain knowledge of products, services, and repair procedures through on-the-job and manufacturer training.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to accurately diagnose and repair vehicles.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Previous automotive service technician experience required
- Minimum 3 years of automotive service experience required to qualify for the $10,000 sign-on bonus
- Energetic, motivated, and positive attitude
- Passion for automotive service as a career
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Clean and valid driving record
- Kia/Hyundai experience is a plus
- 5+ years of automotive service industry experience preferred
- Manufacturer and/or ASE certifications preferred
- Automotive technical school graduate preferred
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
Sign-on bonus available to qualified candidates with a minimum of 3 years of automotive service technician experience. Bonus eligibility is subject to dealership terms and conditions.
